Feel fantastic Friday 24th April

Good morning and happy Friday. 
I hope everyone is well and ready for another beautiful day. 

Well done to Beth for joining me in TT Rockstars arena yesterday, 10am Madison Square Gardens for everyone else who wants to join.

So as it’s Friday I thought we would have a fun question today- would you rather have ears where your eyes should be or eyes where your ears should be?

Hopefully this might prompt a bit of thought and fun for you today.

    Hi Miss B . How are you? I'm going to do all my work this morning so I can play outside with our lambs for the rest of the day. I would have eyes on my ears because I can see either side of me. Is it same place same time today on TT Rock Stars ?

      Good morning Beth, I'm good thanks, how are you? Sounds like a lovely day playing with lambs. I like your thinking with the eyes on the side of your head. Yes 10am Madison Square Gardens. Fingers crossed others will join us there.

    I would rather have eyes on my ears as if you had ears on my eyes,it would probably look a bit strange. I feel really exited as my birthday is coming up soon!Sorry I missed the challenge on ttrockstars. Bye

    Happy birthday Maisie, when we went on a walk me and my brother rolled down a hill (it was very fun :3) We carried on our walk but Charlie went a bit hyper because he had some chocolate with him :/ Hope you are safe!!!

Team swing

 Having spent the morning underground, we avoided the worst of the weather and most of the group were reasonably dry as we headed back to the centre.  After lunch we were lucky that the rain wasn't too heavy and we go t kitted out for the team swing. We had seen this in action yesterday, so we had a good idea what to expect.  Some of us were excited by this; others, not so much! Teamwork We needed the trolley to get the 2 people into position. Everyone had to pull the rope to hoist up the swing.  We were really good at this, so we had time for 2 goes each.  After 2 goes, out came the trolley again to swap over to the next pair. Here we are before and during our swing. Zooming in on the action... I think you could say there was a mixed reaction! Everyone pushed themselves to their limit ... and then a bit more.  A great activity.

Night walk

After tea, we finished making our beds and got ready for our final activity: the night walk.  We had a stop near Dethick Church. Finding out about the history of this ancient building.  Spotting wild flowers. Which way do we need to go?  Weve done it! One action- packed day complete.  We've walked 17000 steps today. Hopefully, this means we will all sleep well tonight...

High ropes

 After lunch we got harnesses and helmets on, ready for the high ropes. Some of the children were really looking forward to this activity; others were not! We were in four teams of four and we had to work together to make sure our climbing team-mate was safe.
