Tuesday 21st April

Morning my gorgeous giraffes!
It’s another beautiful day and I hope you are all ok.

 Thank you to those people who sent me work yesterday was so lovely to see your smiling faces again. 

 So I was thinking we should try the TT Rockstars arena game again tomorrow where we can all play against each other. If you want to join in leave me a comment. 

 Today’s question- what is the first thing you want to do when lockdown is lifted? 
Mine will be going to see my family who I have missed lots over the last few weeks. 

 Anyway hope you have a tremendous Tuesday and I look forward to hearing from you.

    I also went to look at the stars, I like the picture you did. I miss you too. When we get out of lockdown I want to go to my Grandmas house and see her and Isaac. I miss school and everyone there. I want to do the arena game,what time will it be on? Bye Miss B

      Hi Moo Moo, that sounds like a lovely thing to do when lockdown is lifted, I imagine Isaac has missed you too. Shall we say 10am for the arena game? Invite Isaac along too if you want, not sure if he has seen this blog.

    Hi, Miss B, this is Indigo. How are you? How is that lovely bear, Taddington and your two cats?? Today Mummy and Daddy took me and Ajax up to Corbar woods. We saw loads of wildlife. Squirrels were tame and there were rabbits there too. We climbed the big hill behind the woods and saw a massive Jesus cross on top of the hill there. It was really windy and my coat blew out like a kite. I thought I was going to blow away! When we came down, we saw bluebells. We met one of Daddy's workmates who said that it is very exciting there at night. Then we swang on a swing and came back down a footpath that led right onto our road!

Finding out about the history of this ancient building.  Spotting wild flowers. Which way do we need to go?  Weve done it! One action- packed day complete.  We've walked 17000 steps today. Team swing

 Having spent the morning underground, we avoided the worst of the weather and most of the group were reasonably dry as we headed back to the centre.  After lunch we were lucky that the rain wasn't too heavy and we go t kitted out for the team swing. We had seen this in action yesterday, so we had a good idea what to expect.  Some of us were excited by this; others, not so much! Teamwork We needed the trolley to get the 2 people into position. Everyone had to pull the rope to hoist up the swing.  We were really good at this, so we had time for 2 goes each.  After 2 goes, out came the trolley again to swap over to the next pair. Here we are before and during our swing. Zooming in on the action... I think you could say there was a mixed reaction! Everyone pushed themselves to their limit ... and then a bit more.  A great activity.

High ropes

 After lunch we got harnesses and helmets on, ready for the high ropes. Some of the children were really looking forward to this activity; others were not! We were in four teams of four and we had to work together to make sure our climbing team-mate was safe.
