Feel fantastic Friday 1st May

Pinch, punch first of the month! 

 Happy Friday my lovelies, hope everyone is ok. You were all very quiet yesterday, I didn’t hear from many of you. How are we getting on with our desert island survival kit? 

 Don’t forget, today as always, Madison Square Gardens at 10am on TT Rockstars. 

 Today’s Friday fun question is this- would you rather meet 100 horse sized cats or 100 cat sized horses?

    Happy Friday everyone. It's my brothers 4 birthday. I would rather meet 100 cat sized horses . Because horses are very cute and imagine if they were tiny . I will play . I'll see you at Madison square . Bye.

    I would rather meet 100 cat sized horses because cats have sharp claws and I think small horses would be cute.

Welcome to Whitehall

 After arriving at the centre, we dropped off the bags and the bus drove us down to the reservoir. Using our map reading skills we had a lovely walk back to Whitehall. Enjoying a welcome snack break, we listened and watched out for curlews, skylarks, blackbirds, buzzards and crickets.  We spotted many wild flowers too.

Adventurous activity 1: Let's try abseiling

For our first activity, we headed back towards Taddington and the Monsal Trail at Millers Dale - familiar territory for us. We exchanged tales of walking, cycling and pony rides down the trail.  None of us have abseiled before, so we're not quite sure what to expect. We listened carefully before getting our harnesses on.  The instructor checked we were all safely buckled up and ready to go. Hmm...some slightly worried looks.  Here we go. Who's brave enough to go first? The bridge over the River Wye is 80 feet high and the first challenge is to climb over the railings.  We did it!  Now we can relax.
