Morning my lovelies, how is everyone? 

I got two fantastic videos last night of Lynda and Maya which I have attached here.

It is amazing to see you adapting the topic work and having fun; you are so talented.

Also Lynda teaching yourself piano- wow!

I am looking forward to speaking to some of you later and as always I will be on TT Rockstars at 10am. Hope to see you there.

    Hi everyone
    I did lots of Topic work today and it was very fun. I wrote what you should take to the desert, and then I did what I would take. I'm doing more Topic later too. Me and my sister are tidying out our room as it is SO messy! My cat came on to my bed today and starting rubbing against my book. Does Marmy and Willow ever do that to you? Bye🐈🐱🐺😸😺

      HI Maisie, good to hear you have been enjoying topic work. Yes Marmy and Willow always interrupt me when I am reading, in fact later on I will show you a picture of Willow who just came and sat straight on my book the other day! I think she wanted a fuss, silly cat. Have a lovely day

Team swing

 Having spent the morning underground, we avoided the worst of the weather and most of the group were reasonably dry as we headed back to the centre.  After lunch we were lucky that the rain wasn't too heavy and we go t kitted out for the team swing. We had seen this in action yesterday, so we had a good idea what to expect.  Some of us were excited by this; others, not so much! Teamwork We needed the trolley to get the 2 people into position. Everyone had to pull the rope to hoist up the swing.  We were really good at this, so we had time for 2 goes each.  After 2 goes, out came the trolley again to swap over to the next pair. Here we are before and during our swing. Zooming in on the action... I think you could say there was a mixed reaction! Everyone pushed themselves to their limit ... and then a bit more.  A great activity.

Night walk

After tea, we finished making our beds and got ready for our final activity: the night walk.  We had a stop near Dethick Church. Finding out about the history of this ancient building.  Spotting wild flowers. Which way do we need to go?  Weve done it! One action- packed day complete.  We've walked 17000 steps today. Hopefully, this means we will all sleep well tonight...

High ropes

 After lunch we got harnesses and helmets on, ready for the high ropes. Some of the children were really looking forward to this activity; others were not! We were in four teams of four and we had to work together to make sure our climbing team-mate was safe.
