The school nurse visited today to talk to us about the importance of sleep.
Sleep is very important:
- To help your body repair
- Fight off infection
- Helps you learn
- Keeps you healthy
- Helps you control your emotions
WOW! Sleep really is important!
We though about what makes us have good sleep and the importance of having a good bedtime routine to wind down.
